For orders that are not hand-delivered (see below), Federal Express charges for ground or express service will be added. Please note that Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We encourage you to select our hand-delivery shipping program when buying gifts for those customers who have registered here and are living in San Francisco.
